It is a beautiful smaller town with incredible tree-lined streets, outstanding educational program and offers, great residential neighborhoods, great business environment, incredible historic downtown, general people friendliness is present on every step. The community has a strong commitment to the residents, it’s willing to work together to make the city a great place to live and visit. It is also regarded as one of the fastest-growing cities in the States.
It is positioned about 35 miles north of Dallas center (downtown) and some 45 miles from the major airport in the area – Dallas Fort-Worth International airport. McKinney has only 129,000 residents.

In 2010 McKinney was positioned on the 5th place for the Best Places to live in the country by Money Magazine. This place was achieved due to the employment, schools, crime and safety. Of course overall quality of life aspects were included.
